Mission Statement

Lee Kotler founded Konnect Real Estate to fulfill his vision of establishing a unique real estate firm that would build upon his practical, transactional, and operational experience in a variety of real estate projects, partnerships and assignments.

Driven by the philosophy that a high level of service and attention to detail will net the most effective results possible for any given project and engagement, Kotler strives to put himself in his clients' and partners' shoes with a hands on approach and an ownership mentality.  Konnect will maintain long term relationships and diligently represent the needs and best interest of its partners, clients and stakeholders and provide a personalized and universal approach to commercial real estate transactions and projects.

Lee Kotler has a vast and diversified amount of commercial real estate experience, having been involved in a wide range of ventures and transactions totaling over $210 million throughout his career.

With more than 130 closed transactions in his career, Kotler has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business including strategic planning, underwriting, acquisitions, equity raising / debt procurement, financing, new business development, brokerage, property and asset management.

Kotler has been involved in a variety of real estate investment partnerships as both a general partner/manager and limited partner and has served as asset manager on behalf of selected partnerships. As a broker, Mr. Kotler has closed a variety of transactions ranging from office and retail leases, to sales of development land, office buildings and shopping centers. Additionally, throughout his career, Mr. Kotler has served both private and institutional clients in the areas of property and asset management with a significant focus on office and retail projects in need of re-positioning, workouts or financial restructuring.
