Lee Kotler has a vast and diversified amount of commercial real estate experience, having been involved in a wide range of ventures and transactions totaling over $150 million throughout his career.
Kotler has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business including strategic planning, underwriting, acquisitions, equity raising, financing, new business development, brokerage and property and asset management. Kotler is involved in a variety of real estate investment partnerships as both a general partner/manager and limited partner and has served as asset manager on behalf of selected partnerships. As a broker, Mr. Kotler has closed a variety of transactions ranging from office and retail leases, to sales of development land, office buildings and shopping centers. Additionally, throughout his career, Mr. Kotler has served both private and institutional clients in the areas of property and asset management with a significant focus on office and retail projects in need of re-positioning and workouts.

Mr. Kotler received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Kotler is also a licensed real estate Managing Broker in the state of Illinois.
